Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. Cancellation requests made within 5 minutes of order placement may be accepted if cooking has not begun. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel an order due to unavailability of items, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.
Since food is perishable, we generally do not offer refunds after delivery or pickup. Refunds will only be considered if: The wrong item was delivered. The order was undelivered due to our error. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method.
If you receive a wrong or unsatisfactory order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
